Prudence Perrin
Registered Psychologist, Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician & Clinic Director

Prudence Perrin is a Registered Psychologist, a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and the founder of Coastal Psychology Centre. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, First Class Honours in Psychology, and a Master's Degree in Counselling.
Known for her warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach, Prudence is passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered to create lasting change. Working with adolescents and adults, she provides a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where clients can openly explore life's challenges at their own pace.
Drawing on a range of evidence-based psychological approaches, Prudence tailors therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Being an ANZED accredited mental health clinician, Prudence also provides specialist treatment for eating disorders which includes Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) and Family-Based Therapy (FBT/Maudsley).
Prudence believes that feeling genuinely heard, accepted, and respected is the foundation for positive change. Taking a collaborative approach, she works alongside clients to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and better understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Rayna Rahman
Registered Psychologist
Rayna is a Registered Psychologist who completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University.
She aims to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable as they navigate life’s challenges.
Rayna takes a collaborative and person-centred approach, drawing on evidence-based psychological strategies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and psychoeducation. She values developing a strong therapeutic relationship and working alongside clients to support meaningful and realistic change.
